Our subsidised advocacy service helps individuals in Tower Hamlets navigate complex systems, from housing and benefits to health and community rights. You don't have to face it alone.
Advocacy is the process of supporting someone to express their views, access their rights, and make informed decisions, especially when dealing with councils, housing authorities, the NHS, or benefit agencies.
At HCDI, our trained advocates listen without judgement, help you understand your rights, and accompany you (in person or remotely) to meetings and appointments where you need support.
All our advocacy services are subsidised, confidential, and designed for residents of Tower Hamlets who need a helping hand to navigate the system.
